DELIVERY & RETURNS

We are currently closed for a summer break. Any orders placed between 24th July - 1st August 2021 will be dispatched after 2nd August. 

THE COEDITED SERIES: ORDER INFORMATION

All of our liners & collars will be made-to-order which means there will be a 2 week lead time on all coedited items.

As soon as your order is ready you'll receive a dispatch email meaning your item is on its way.

DELIVERY

We currently offer delivery within the UK ONLY.

Please be aware that we aim to dispatch all standard orders within 2-3 working days of receiving your order and we currently use Royal Mail to ship all orders.

Our estimated shipping times and costs are as follows:

UK Standard delivery - £4.80

Estimated 3-5 working days

UK Express Delivery - £10.00

Estimated 1-2 working days

Additional Delivery Costs

The Coedit cannot take any responsibility for additional shipping fees, including but not limited to customs, taxes and duties. Please check with you local authority before purchasing.

RETURNS

Here at The Coedit we understand that there may be times that you need to return your order to us. We are happy to accept the return of items that meet our returns policy for a full refund.

Before purchasing

We recommend checking measurements on individual products to give you a better idea of fit as well as checking individual product descriptions for the noted signs of wear. However should you need to return your order please follow the steps below:

Our returns process

  1. To return an order, please request a return within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing hello@thecoedit.co.uk and noting your reason for return.

  2.  Once approved we will send you return address details and we ask that you please ensure that the item is returned back to us within 14 days of the approval date.

  3. We will confirm once we have received your return and aim to process your return as quickly as possible, but please note that this can take up to 5 working days.

Please note that we are unable to approve returns outside of our returns period and request that you always approve with us before sending a return back.

Return cost

Please be aware that we are unable to cover returns postage and any additional fees incurred by returning to us. All items that are sent back to us remain under the senders’ responsibility until we receive. We recommend sending orders back tracked and insured where possible and keeping hold of your proof of postage until you receive confirmation that we’ve received.
