Where do you hold your initial consultation?
We always try to have an initial consultation over video consultation where possible, but we are flexible to have a phone call or discuss over email if it is easierif easier.
When do you take payment for your services?
We take a 50% deposit to secure your appointment and require full payment to be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Payment will be taken by bank transfer and all details will be sent to you.
Can I cancel/reschedule my appointment?
We completely understand that there may be times where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you please give us 48 hours notice prior to your appointment and we will present new options for you to rebook.
How long does it take for you to put together an online style edit?
This is dependent on your exact brief and we work towards your deadline should you have one. However it will take us minimum 2-3days to have your edit ready for you. Should you need something more urgent don't hesitate to let us know and we can see what we can do!
Can I still speak to you after my session has ended?
Yes, of course! We love to keep in touch with our customers and find out how you’re getting on.
